A: All our apps have the functionality to play back the audio in background – which means when your screen is locked you can still control using OS provided controls to manage your audio.
Q: How do I turn off push notifications?
A: Yes you can. Simply select the relevant event in the mobile app, then go to the ‘Settings’ page to turn off the ‘Allow Push Notification’.
Q: How do I remove the advertising banners in the app?
A: Ensure you are already logged into the app and then go to ‘More’ then ‘In App Purchases’. Click on ‘Remove Ads’ and follow the standard app store purchase. Once complete, you will no longer see any advertising banner ads on your mobile phone. Please note, banner ad removal is tied to user accounts, so if you login to your account through a different mobile phone, you won’t see any banner ads there either, Note: not all our apps have ads.
